Hi, I’m Candice, founder of ClearPath Consulting.

With over 20 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and team management, I’ve seen first-hand how unclear processes, poor communication, and unsupported staff can hold businesses back. I've spent the last five years in healthcare, leading digital transformation and change across complex systems, and I understand how to make real, people-centred improvements that stick.

My academic background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in Psychology and a Master’s in Digital Business. This blend of human insight and digital strategy shapes the way I work: with empathy, clarity, and a strong focus on practical outcomes.

ClearPath was born from a simple idea — that work should make sense. People should feel confident in their roles, teams should be aligned, and businesses should have systems that support them, not slow them down.

But it’s also born from personal experience. I know what it’s like to feel unsupported in the workplace—to navigate learning challenges, or difficult environments without a clear path forward.
